Doktor mi je prepisao sotalol 80 mg ujutru i 40 mg uvece. Kod nas u prodaji ima samo Darob mite od 80 mg, ali mi farmaceut kaze da taj lek ne smem da delim na pola. Ne znam sta da radim. Inace tri meseca posle ugradnje dva stenta pocele su da mi se javljaju artrijalne fiberlacije. Do sada sam koristio tensec 2 puta po 2,5mg ujutru i uvece. Medutim kada se umirim desava ju mi se preskoči koju prestanu cim malo prosetam. Inace imam pojacane masnoce, i stecene trombofilije pa pijem pune sake lekova.
Aspirin, clopigal, xarelto, olitor, gastropazol, zofekard i bromazepam po potrebi. U stanju mirovanja otkucaji mi padaju i na 42,43 u minutu i tada imam preskoke. Napad artrijalne fiberlacije mi se desava na svakih mesec dana, a preskoči svakodnevno.

Imam iskustva sa pacijentima koji podele tabletu Darob mite i nemaju zbog toga probleme .
Druga mogucnost je da od svog kardiologa potrazite predlog za vrstu beta blokatora koji bi mogao zameiti Darob mite tj sotalol
