Obično idem na spavanje u 11 sati, ali poslednjih nekoliko dana zaspim tek oko pola 2. Zanima me šta bi mogao biti uzrok i kako da se vratim na redovan ritam spavanja. Da li postoje prirodni načini ili suplementi koje preporučujete za bolji san? Takođe, da li je potrebno da uradim neke analize ili da se obratim specijalisti?“

Da bi smo zaspali potrebno je da se prethodno oslobodimo stresa koji se nagomilao tog dana .
Razmislite sta Vas muci ovih dana od kada je pocela nesanica ,setite sta ste radili ,osecali ,koje potrebe ste imali , da li postoji neki novi intrapersonalni ili inetrpersonalni konflikt koji Vas muci …i pokusajte o tome da razmisljate danju , mirno i polako .
Razislite i o stepenu opterecenja radom ovih dana ,mozda je i to uzrok problema .
Uvece pokusajte da se bavite relaksirajucim aktivnostima i pripremom za spavanje ,pocev od fizickih uslova: da je provetreno ,mirno ,bez buke ,telefona ,televizora ,teske i obilne hrane i pica ,duvana …
Duboko i sporo disanje sa izdisajem duzim od udisaja opusta i prvi je korak u opustanju psihe i tela .
Ostavite dnevne dogadjaje iza sebe pre odlaska na spavanje .
Topla kupka ,umirujuce misli i odlazak na spavanje u opustenom stanju bi trebalo da budu dovoljni.
