Jetra urednog smjestaja i oblika,voluminozns,promjera u MKL do 175mm.Struktura parenhima iste pokaze homogen i reflektivniji eho karakter u sklopu masne infiltracije.
Pankreas uredne forme i velicine,homogene i ehogrnije strukture parenhima,lipomatozno izmijenjen.
Slezena odgovarajuceg smjestaja,oblika i povecane voluminoznosti,uzduznog promjera oko 130mm.
U desnom bubregu manja area custicnog karaktera u gornjem polu.U oba bubrega vidljivo je prisustvo znakova formirane kalkuloze i zastojne uropatije.Lijeva n.zlijezda je uvecana,gdje u promjeru mjeru izmedju 175 i 180mm.
Zakljucak:Eho nalaz ukazuje na hepatosplenomegaliju,na adrenalnu hiperplaziju l.nadbubrezne zlijezde koja u promjeru mjeri do 175mm zatim na st.po holecistektomiji te na steatozu jetre i gusterace zaztm na st.po holescistektomiji.
