U nalazu holtera EKG-a piše Max QT: 432 ms (Ch.1) Max Qtc 511 ms Time of Max QT: at 19:32. HR 92 bpm.
Šta ovo znači i da li je zabrinjavajuće ?
U nalazi isto samo odvojeno piše EKG sa Qt i Qtc intervalom. Da li je ovo produženi qt interval, to me zanima, ništa mi nije rečeno?
Od terapije 2x propafen i propranolol i sto više fizicke aktivnosti. Pozdrav

Uzroci mogu bi razni srcani ili nezeljeno dejstvo nekih lekova .
Problem je sto produzeni qt interval moze biti uzrok ozbiljnih poremecaja ritma cak i izkenadne srcane smrti .
Zbog toga je potreban detaljan kardioloski pregled ,ali i konsultacija klinickog farmakologa oko movuce nezeljene interakcije lekova .
Savetujem redovnu terapiju koju ste dobili ,nastavan istrazivanjs koje sam predlozils i aerobne setnje onoliko koliko Vama prija bez velikog opterecenja .
Ne prija Vam vezbanje u teretani niti preveliki napor ..
Setnja 150 minuta nedeljno ukupno dokazano poboljsava stanja kardiovaskularnog porekla ,ali i kraca setnja ako ne mozete toliko .
