ft4 i tt4 ? Molim Vas za objasnjenje sta znaci FT a sta tT?Njihove vrijednosti su razlicite? A sta je u slucaju i jednih i drugih hormona sa TSH? Da li je on nezavisan ili i on ima neko druge vrijednosti u vezi zavisno koji se hormoni rade

Oznaka F znaci free na engleskom odnosno slobodni tiroksin koji nije vezan za proteine plazme .
Dakle Ft4 je slobodni tiroksin ,a t4 je ukupni tiroksin vezan i nevezan za proteine plazme .
To vazi i za ft3 i t3
Oba hormona su u povratnoj vezi sa tsh tireostimulirajucim hormonom hipofize .
Odredjivanjim svih tih hormona dobijamo uvid u funkciju stitaste zleze i vrstu poremecaja funkcije .
Svi ovi hormoni imaju svoj normalni opseg tj referentne vrednosti .
Povisenje ili smanjenje govori u prilog poremecaja rada stitaste zlezde .
