Povremeno imam stanje anksioznosti i probleme sa spavanjem. Na primer kada me sutradan čeka nešto novo, bitno ili kada treba ranije da ustanem, ali to ide do te mere da ja mozak ne mogu da isključim i da skoro celu noć provedem budna tako da sutradan mi bude jako teško. I ovo se prilično često dešava. Ja sam na svoju ruku nekad uzimala melatonin, a ponekad bromazepam na svoju ruku, ali u malim količinama, na primer 3 mg pre spavanja. To mi ne pomogne uvek, ali me barem opusti.
Sa druge strane mislim da imam povremenu depresiju, ali nemam nikakve probleme u funkcionosanju.
Šta bi bila vaša preporuka, koja vrsta terapije nbi bila prikladna? Svesna sam da nije dobar izbor uzimati nešto na svoju ruku, a sa druge strane ja nemam uspostavljenu dijagnozu, ovo su moji zaključci. Hvala unapred na odgovoru

Sustina je prepoznati svoja osecanja straha,uznemirenosti i uverenja koja stoje iza tih osecanja .
Obicno su to kruta ,iracionalna uverenja koja onda i odrzavaju stanje anksioznosti .
Promenom uverenja u ravionalnija i fleksibilnija menja se kvalitet osecanja ,od nezdravih osecanja panike,besa ,ocaja ka zabrinutosti ,zdravoj ljutnji i tuzi ali onda cete moci realnije i da sagledate moguca resenja .
