Da li mozete da mi objasnite u kom rasponu treba da bude TSH nakom potpune tireoidektomije?Sto nizi, ili u referentom opsegu?
Godinama, TSH je bio 0,001 uz dozu eutiroksa od 175( tako je bilo 20ak godina)
Prosle godine lekar je zakljucio da je TSH prenizak i krenuo da smanjuje dozu.Trenutno je kombinacija 100 i 150, TSH je oko 0,3 i lekar ponovo menja kombinaciju doza jer bi trebalo sad smanjiti TSH.

Ako se smanjuje doza eutiroksa, da li bi trebalo da se smanjuje i doza beta blokatora, koji je uveden zbog palpitacija?

Ako je dobro podesena doza euthyroxa smanjice se i potreba za vecom dozom beta blokatora ,dakle ano ste bolje mozete smanjiti dozu beta blokatora .
